Mission Statement
STUFF Canada is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the not-for-profit/charitable sector with access to sources of surplus resources that will benefit and support charitable
activities in communities across the country.
Stuff will accomplish its Mission by:
- Developing opportunities for business and industry to partner with STUFF CANADA to provide well-planned and coordinated initiatives that assist the not-for-profit/charitable sector in delivering
their services and building more effectively and efficiently new capacity in the third sector.
- Creating strategies that enable business people to come together in ways that link their talents, knowledge and connections to develop long term initiatives for support of STUFF CANADA approved
projects.
- Creating and delivering communication strategies that will enable business and industry to learn how to donate surplus goods/materials and services to the charitable sector so they can maximize
their benefits to Canadian Society, charities and the environment.
- Creating systems and opportunities that enable charitable stakeholders with common goals to develop visionary, large scale programmes that maximize the resources available in the country’s
business sector and which enable the country’s business community to support results - oriented initiatives requiring their resources.
- Creating opportunities for Canada’s businesses to match their surpluses with the ongoing needs of the charitable sector on a daily basis through STUFF CANADA.
